Main Ingredients- Smoked salmon 160g
- Tortillas 2 sheets
- Salad greens (appropriate amount, for garnish)
Tomato Salsa Dressing- Tomatoes 400g (about 2-3 medium)
- Basil 0.5 Tbsp
- Olive oil 2 Tbsp
- Hot sauce 2 Tbsp
- Honey 3 Tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 Tbsp
- Black pepper, a pinch
- Minced chili peppers 0.5 Tbsp (finely chopped)
- Sliced olives 1 Tbsp (chopped)
Cream Cheese Sauce- Cream cheese 2 Tbsp
- Honey 1 Tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 Tbsp
- Plain yogurt 1 Tbsp
- Tomatoes 400g (about 2-3 medium)

Step 1
Here are all the ingredients ready to create our delicious smoked salmon tortilla pizza. Having your ingredients prepped is the first step to a successful dish!

I’ve used small tortillas for this recipe, but feel free to use larger ones if you prefer a more substantial pizza. Choose the size that best suits your appetite!
Step 3
We’ll be using store-bought smoked salmon for convenience. Look for good quality salmon for the best flavor.
Step 4
Let’s make the cream cheese sauce. In a bowl, combine 2 Tbsp of cream cheese with 1 Tbsp each of honey, lemon juice, and plain yogurt. Mix well until smooth. This sauce is also wonderful as a salad dressing!

1. Core the tomatoes and cut them into quarters. 2. Finely dice the tomatoes. 3. In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes with the measured basil, olive oil, hot sauce, honey, lemon juice, black pepper, minced chili peppers, and chopped olives. 4. Gently mix everything together to create a fresh tomato salsa. This salsa is also delicious served with tortilla chips!
Step 6
The smoked salmon pieces are about 10cm long. Shorter pieces are also perfectly fine. The key is the tender texture of the salmon.

Gently roll up the smoked salmon pieces.

Cut the rolled salmon in half. This makes for a beautiful presentation on the pizza.

Lightly warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds until they are pliable. Spread a thin layer of the prepared tomato salsa evenly over each tortilla.

Next, use a teaspoon to dollop the cream cheese sauce artfully over the salsa.

Arrange the rolled and halved smoked salmon pieces on top of the cream cheese sauce.
