Main Ingredients- Smoked duck breast 200g
- Onion 50g
- Red bell pepper 25g
- Yellow bell pepper 30g
- Perilla leaves (깻잎) 6 leaves
- Scallions (green parts) 20g
Dressing and Seasoning- 1 minced Korean green chili pepper
- Minced onion 30g
- Green kiwi cream cheese dressing 2 Tbsp
- Mayonnaise 1 Tbsp
- Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 Tbsp
- Salt (toasted) 2-3 pinches
- Pepper to taste
- 1 minced Korean green chili pepper
- Minced onion 30g
- Green kiwi cream cheese dressing 2 Tbsp
- Mayonnaise 1 Tbsp
- Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 Tbsp
- Salt (toasted) 2-3 pinches
- Pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Place the smoked duck breast in a preheated pan and sear until golden brown. No additional oil is needed as smoked duck is naturally fatty.
