Main Ingredients- 1 can (200g) canned tuna
- 1/4 medium onion
- 1/2 stalk green onion
Seasoning- 2 Tbsp coarse chili powder
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp oligosaccharide (or corn syrup)
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp coarse chili powder
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp oligosaccharide (or corn syrup)
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, drain the oil from the canned tuna thoroughly. Excess oil can make the salad taste greasy, so either drain it well in a sieve or gently press with paper towels to remove as much oil as possible.
Step 2
Rinse the onion briefly under water to reduce its sharpness, then mince it very finely. Finely minced onion blends well with the seasoning and adds texture and flavor.
Step 3
Finely chop the green onion. Using a mix of the white and green parts will make the dish visually appealing and add good flavor.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, minced onion, and chopped green onion. Add the coarse chili powder, minced garlic, soy sauce, oligosaccharide, and oyster sauce. Mix everything together gently until well combined. Ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed throughout the tuna and vegetables for the best flavor.
