While the potatoes are soaking, peel and slice the onion into strips as well. You can add other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers according to your preference for added flavor and color.

Now, let’s start sautéing! Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the drained potato strips and stir-fry them, ensuring they don’t stick together.
