Today, we’re going to make a simple yet incredibly delicious sausage and vegetable stir-fry. It’s a great side dish for kids’ meals and also perfect for enjoying with a cold beer when you’re feeling peckish.

First, prepare one medium onion. Wash it thoroughly, peel it, and then slice it thinly or chop it coarsely, according to your preference. Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a little cooking oil. Add the chopped onion and stir-fry gently for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the onions; they should become translucent.
Step 3
Once the onion starts to soften and turn translucent, prepare your Vienna sausages. You can slice them diagonally or make a few cuts into them. This not only makes them look nice when cooked but also helps the sauce to penetrate better. Add the prepared sausages to the pan with the onions and stir-fry together for about 2-3 minutes until the sausages are lightly browned and mixed well with the onions.
