Main Ingredients- 1/8 head of fresh cabbage
- 1.5 strips of flavorful bacon
- 2 slices of savory cheddar cheese
- 5 pieces of zesty pickled jalapeños
- 2 fresh eggs
- 2 tablespoons of soft rice flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt for seasoning
- A little cooking oil (for greasing the pan)
Special Toast Sauce- 1 tablespoon of sweet and spicy chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon of fiery Sriracha sauce

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the cabbage. Finely shred the cabbage as thinly as possible; this is key to achieving the best texture. Using a mandoline slicer or a vegetable peeler will help you get very thin, even shreds.

Place the thinly shredded cabbage into a mixing bowl. Add 2 fresh eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 2 tablespoons of rice flour. Mix everything together thoroughly to create a batter. Ensure there are no lumps for a smooth consistency.

Now, let’s prepare the pan. Lightly coat a non-stick skillet with a small amount of cooking oil. Use a paper towel to gently spread the oil evenly across the entire surface of the pan. This prevents the cabbage mixture from sticking.

Pour the cabbage batter into the preheated pan. Using a spatula or a turner, gently press down on the batter to form it into a rectangular shape, resembling a slice of toast. Try to spread it out evenly and thinly.
