Ingredients- 1 slice of bread
- Mayonnaise

- 1 egg

Spread a border of mayonnaise around the crust of the bread slice. This will act as a barrier to keep the filling inside.

Carefully separate the egg white from the yolk. Set the yolk aside in a small bowl for later.

Pour the egg white into the center of the bread, inside the mayonnaise border, spreading it evenly.
