Ingredients- Cabbage 100g
- Perilla leaves 6 sheets
- Store-bought dumplings 5 pieces
Seasoning- Gochujang (Korean chili paste) 2 Tbsp
- Sugar 1.5 Tbsp
- Vinegar 1.5 Tbsp
- Oligosaccharide 0.5 Tbsp
- Sesame oil 0.5 Tbsp

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, thinly julienne the 100g of cabbage. Wash the cabbage thoroughly, pat it dry, and then slice it into very fine strips. The thinner you slice it, the better the texture will be in the final dish.
Step 2
Next, prepare the 6 perilla leaves. Wash them, remove excess water, and then thinly julienne them, similar to the cabbage. The aromatic flavor of perilla leaves will greatly enhance the taste of your Bibim Mandu.
Step 3
Prepare the 5 store-bought dumplings. You can pan-fry them in a little oil until golden brown and slightly crispy for an enhanced flavor and texture. Alternatively, you can use an air fryer. Choose your preferred cooking method.

Now, let’s make the delicious mixed sauce. In a bowl, combine 2 Tbsp Gochujang, 1.5 Tbsp sugar, 1.5 Tbsp vinegar, 0.5 Tbsp oligosaccharide, and 0.5 Tbsp sesame oil. Whisk everything together until the sugar is dissolved and the sauce is well combined. This creates a perfectly balanced sweet, sour, and spicy flavor.
Step 5
Arrange the julienned cabbage and perilla leaves attractively in a serving bowl. Having a generous amount of fresh vegetables makes this dish even more appealing and tasty.
