Main Ingredients- 2 sheets of square fish cakes (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 bowls of freshly cooked white rice
- 30g fresh chives (washed and cut into 3-4cm lengths)
- 1/3 onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- Vegetable oil, for stir-frying
- A pinch of sesame seeds (for garnish)
Seasoning Ingredients- 1/2 Tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/2 Tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp oligodang (corn syrup)
- 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp water

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, thinly slice the square fish cakes into approximately 0.5cm thick strips for easy eating. This preparation allows the sauce to soak in beautifully, making them even more delicious.
