Easy Homemade Doenjang Dip Sauce Recipe
I tried the amazing Doenjang dip sauce I tasted at the Sempi Doenjang School and it was incredibly delicious! It’s surprisingly simple to make at home. This versatile sauce perfectly balances the savory depth of doenjang, the creamy texture of mayonnaise, and the refreshing tang of yuzu extract, making it a perfect accompaniment to various dishes. Main Ingredients- 3 Tbsp Doenjang (Korean fermented soybean paste)
- 6 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Yuzu Marmalade
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine 3 Tbsp of doenjang, 6 Tbsp of mayonnaise, and 1/2 tsp of yuzu marmalade. (I made a slightly larger batch for demonstration.)

That’s it! It really is that simple. ^^ The taste might vary slightly depending on the type or brand of doenjang you use, so choosing a doenjang you like is recommended. Using a fresh and flavorful doenjang will result in a richer taste.

This finished doenjang dip sauce is wonderful for dipping fresh vegetable sticks. It’s also delicious served with freshly steamed cabbage for wraps. You can also use it as a salad dressing or a sandwich spread for a delightful culinary experience.
