- 2 chicken breast sausages
- Shredded mozzarella cheese, as needed

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Lightly rinse the chicken breast sausages under running water. Make 2-3 diagonal slits on each sausage to create a decorative pattern and allow flavors to penetrate better when cooked.
Step 2
Using a bread knife or a sharp knife, slice each piece of bread horizontally in half, creating two foldable halves per slice. This step is to prepare a pocket for the sausage.

Melt the knob of butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Once melted, place the scored sausages and the folded bread slices into the pan. Grill them until golden brown. Turn the sausages to ensure they are cooked through, and grill the bread on both sides until lightly crispy.

Place the grilled sausage into the pocket of the toasted bread. Generously sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sausage. Using plenty of cheese will ensure it melts beautifully.
