Soft-Boiled Egg Marinade

  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1 Tbsp plum extract (or a pinch of sugar if unavailable)
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • A little lemon juice (optional, for added freshness)

Cooking Instructions
