Ingredients- 1 packet Shin Ramyun
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 Tbsp red pepper flakes (peperoncino)
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 cups water
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In a pan, combine 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, 0.5 Tbsp of red pepper flakes, and 3 Tbsp of olive oil. Gently sauté over low heat until the garlic becomes fragrant and slightly golden. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Step 2
After about 1 minute, when the garlic is fragrant, turn off the heat. Add the Shin Ramyun noodles and the dried vegetable packet. Do not add the soup base yet.
Step 3
Pour in 1.5 cups of hot water. Cover the pan with a lid and let it simmer for approximately 1 minute, allowing the noodles to soften and begin to separate.
Step 4
Remove the lid. The noodles should be partially cooked and starting to mix with the oil. Toss and stir the noodles frequently to ensure they cook evenly and the sauce coats them well. If the water reduces too much, add a little more hot water as needed until the noodles reach your desired tenderness.
Step 5
Once the noodles are cooked to your liking, turn off the heat. Add about half of the Shin Ramyun soup base and mix thoroughly. Be cautious, as adding too much soup base can make the dish too salty. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
