Main Ingredients- 200g blanched sweet potato vines
- 1/2 red chili pepper
- 2 stalks green onion
Seasoning Ingredients- 2 Tbsp Gochugaru (Korean chili powder)
- 1 Tbsp Guk-ganjang (soup soy sauce)
- 1/2 Tbsp Kkanari Aekjeot (fish sauce)
- 1/2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of toasted sesame seeds
- A little sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp Gochugaru (Korean chili powder)
- 1 Tbsp Guk-ganjang (soup soy sauce)
- 1/2 Tbsp Kkanari Aekjeot (fish sauce)
- 1/2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of toasted sesame seeds
- A little sesame oil
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, thinly slice the red chili pepper for garnish. Wash and finely chop the green onions.
Step 2
Gently squeeze out excess water from the blanched sweet potato vines. Cut them into bite-sized pieces, about 5-7cm long. Cutting them to this length ensures they are easy to mix with the seasoning and pleasant to eat.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the gochugaru, guk-ganjang, kkanari aekjeot, sugar, and minced garlic to make the seasoning paste. Add the prepared sweet potato vines to the seasoning paste and gently mix with your hands. Be careful not to over-mix, as this can cause the vines to become mushy.
Step 4
Finally, add the sliced red chili pepper and chopped green onions, and mix gently once more. Drizzle with toasted sesame seeds and sesame oil for an extra nutty flavor. Your delicious seasoned sweet potato vines are now ready to be enjoyed! Experience the healthy and flavorful taste of seasonal sweet potato vines!
