Main Ingredients- Appropriate amount of fresh scallop
- 80g Mozzarella cheese
- 1 slice Cheddar cheese
For Steaming Scallops- 1 Tbsp Cooking wine (like mirin)
Mayo Corn Salad (Filling)- 3 Tbsp Canned corn kernels (drained)
- 20g Onion (approx. 1/8 onion)
- 10g Carrot (approx. 1/10 carrot)
- 20g Red bell pepper (approx. 1/10 pepper)
- 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Sugar
- A pinch of black pepper (about 5 shakes)
- 1 Tbsp Cooking wine (like mirin)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, let’s prepare the scallops for this special dish.
