In a large bowl, combine the 5 tablespoons of fried chicken seasoning mix and 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour. Crack in the egg and add about 2/3 of a mug (approximately 120ml) of water. Whisk everything together with a whisk or fork until you have a smooth batter with no lumps. The batter should be slightly thin, which helps it coat the zucchini well and makes the pancakes easier to cook. You can adjust the amount of water to reach your desired consistency.

Add the julienned zucchini to the batter. Gently toss and mix using chopsticks or a spatula, ensuring that all the zucchini strips are evenly coated with the batter. Be careful not to overmix or stir too vigorously, as this could break the zucchini.
