Ingredients- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 handful green onion (approx. 1/4 stalk)
- 1 medium onion
- 1 Tbsp salted shrimp (saeujeot)
- 1 Tbsp perilla oil
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, check the freshness of the zucchini, green onion, and onion, then wash them thoroughly and prepare them. Washing vegetables well is the foundation of delicious cooking!

Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise, then slice it into thin pieces about 2-3mm thick. If they are too thick, they may take longer to cook. Slice the onion and green onion into similar lengths for even cooking during stir-frying.
