Main Ingredients- 1 pack King Oyster Mushrooms (approx. 200g)
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 Carrot
- 3 Green Onions (Scallions)
Seasoning- 1 pinch Salt (adjust to taste)
- 0.5 Tbsp Perilla Powder (generously)
- 0.5 Tbsp Soy Sauce (light or regular)
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil (for extra aroma)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the mushrooms by trimming the tough ends and tearing them into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the garlic. Julienne the carrot into fine strips. Cut the green onions into 2-3 cm lengths, separating the white and green parts.

In a small bowl, combine 0.5 Tbsp perilla powder, 0.5 Tbsp soy sauce, and 1 Tbsp sesame oil. Whisk well to create the delicious seasoning sauce. (You can add a tiny pinch of salt if desired.)

Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic first and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden. Once the garlic aroma is released, add the julienned carrots and stir-fry until they are slightly tender.
