Main Ingredients- 200g Smoked Duck (pre-cooked)
- 3 Large Napa Cabbage Leaves
- 1 Korean Green Chili Pepper (adjust to your spice preference)

Step 1
First, thoroughly wash the fresh napa cabbage leaves and pat them dry. Cut them into bite-sized, rustic pieces. Finely chop the Korean green chili pepper, preparing it to add a spicy kick. (Feel free to adjust the amount of chili or omit it if you prefer less heat.)
Step 2
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the 200g of smoked duck. Stir-fry until it’s nicely browned and begins to release its savory oils. Once the duck fat has rendered, add 1/2 tsp of minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then, add the chopped napa cabbage, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, and the chopped green chili pepper. Turn the heat up to high and stir-fry quickly for about 1-2 minutes. The key is to cook the cabbage until it’s slightly softened but still retains a pleasant crispness.
Step 3
