There are two delightful ways to enjoy gamtte! You can savor it fresh right out of the package, or lightly grill it to enhance its flavor. Choose your favorite way to enjoy this oceanic delicacy.

How to grill gamtte: Preheat a frying pan, then turn off the heat. Use the residual heat to lightly grill both sides of the gamtte. If you grill it over direct heat, it will burn easily, so be cautious. Grilling brings out the gamtte’s unique savory aroma.

How to store leftover gamtte: Seal any remaining gamtte tightly to remove as much air as possible, just as it came in its original packaging. Secure the opening with tape, then place it in a black plastic bag, and finally into a zip-lock bag before storing it in the freezer. Removing air is key to maintaining freshness!
