Main Ingredients- 400g boneless chicken thigh
- 1 cup glutinous rice (200ml)
- 6 cups water (1.2L)
- 1/4 Korean zucchini (approx. 50g)
- 1/4 carrot (approx. 50g)
- 1/4 onion (approx. 50g)
- 3 Tbsp perilla seed powder (approx. 30g)
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, thoroughly wash the boneless chicken thighs. Place the chicken thighs, 6 cups of water, and the optional broth ingredients like jujubes, garlic, green onion, and Hovenia dulcis stem into a pot. Bring to a boil over high heat.

Once the water boils, reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for at least 1 hour to create a rich chicken broth. If using a pressure cooker, continue to cook for about 10 minutes after it starts to whistle to shorten the cooking time.
