I tried using herb salt instead of regular salt in my scrambled eggs, and it turned out incredibly delicious! The fragrant herbs perfectly complement the creamy eggs.

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Generously grease a non-stick pan with butter or cooking oil and preheat it over medium-low heat. Ensure the oil coats the entire surface of the pan; this will prevent the eggs from sticking and help them cook into a soft, fluffy texture.
Step 2
Crack the 2 eggs into a bowl. Sprinkle a good pinch of herb salt over the eggs. This will season the eggs beautifully and infuse them with aromatic herb notes. Gently whisk the eggs until just combined, being careful not to overbeat them, which can result in a tougher texture.
Step 3
Once the pan is warm, pour the whisked egg mixture in. Sprinkle a little more herb salt over the eggs for an extra layer of flavor. Now, it’s time to manage the heat! Start by stirring vigorously over medium-high heat for the first few seconds as the eggs begin to set. Then, reduce the heat to medium and continue to stir gently. As the eggs near doneness, lower the heat to low and keep stirring softly. Use a spatula or whisk to gently scrape the bottom of the pan, folding the cooked egg over itself. This technique creates wonderfully soft and creamy curds.
