- 3 imitation crab sticks (krab)
- 1/2 green onion stalk
- 1/2 onion
- 1/5 carrot
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil

Step 1
First, let’s prepare the vegetables that will add flavor to your fried rice. Finely chop the green onion into 0.3cm intervals. This will help release its fragrant aroma when stir-fried.

Dice the onion into small cubes, about 0.3cm x 0.3cm. Dicing them small ensures the onion’s natural sweetness disperses evenly throughout the rice when cooked.
