Chicken Breast Fried Rice Ingredients (Large Batch)

  • 3-4 bowls of cooked rice
  • 3 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 3 pieces chicken breast
  • 3-4 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • A little sesame oil
  • A little sesame seeds

Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a wide pan over medium heat. Finely chop 1 stalk of green onion and add it to the pan. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant. The infused green onion oil will significantly enhance the flavor of your fried rice.
