Ingredients- So-myeon (thin wheat noodles) for 1 serving (approx. 100g)
- 2 frankfurter sausages (choose your favorite brand)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the boiled noodles. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the so-myeon. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until al dente – be careful not to overcook, as they can break easily. Once cooked, rinse the noodles under cold water to stop the cooking process and drain them well. This step helps the noodles stay firm and chewy.

Step 2
Take the cooked and drained so-myeon and carefully wrap it around each frankfurter sausage. Ensure the noodles are wrapped tightly and completely cover the sausage to prevent them from unraveling during cooking. Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat with a generous amount of cooking oil. Place the noodle-wrapped sausages in the pan and pan-fry, turning them occasionally, until all sides are golden brown and crispy. Achieving a nice crisp is key to the texture!

Step 3
Once beautifully golden and crisp, arrange the Sausage Wrapped Noodles on a serving plate. For easier eating, especially for kids or when sharing, cut them into bite-sized pieces (about 2-3 cm thick). Serve with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup or mustard for an extra burst of flavor. Enjoy your delicious homemade Sausage Wrapped Noodles with your movie and perhaps a refreshing drink!
