In a bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well to create the sauce. This sauce is the key to the wonderful flavor of Ssoya.
