0. First, boil the pasta in plenty of salted water. Cook it for about 1 minute less than the time indicated on the package. 1. Roughly chop the bell pepper, removing the seeds. Slice the leek into similar lengths. 2. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the bacon until golden brown and slightly charred to enhance its flavor. Once the bacon releases its fat, add the sliced bell pepper and leek and sauté them together to bring out their sweetness and aroma.

3. Once the vegetables and bacon are sautéed, pour in 100ml of fresh cream. Gently heat over medium-low heat until the cream just begins to simmer.

4. Transfer the simmered cream mixture to a blender or use an immersion blender to purée until smooth. This step creates a delicious bell pepper cream sauce, infused with the subtle smoky notes of the bell pepper, the refreshing essence of the leek, and the savory taste of the bacon.
