Thaw the frozen shrimp by rinsing them under cold water; about 10 shrimp should be sufficient. Clean and prepare the squid by cutting it into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1.5 cm wide. Fresh seafood will make the broth even more refreshing and flavorful.

Take a deep pot and add just a small amount of cooking oil. Once the pot is heated, add the minced garlic and beef brisket. Stir-fry over medium-high heat. The beef brisket will render its fat, adding a savory aroma and deliciousness.
