Ingredients- 2 Zespri Green Kiwis
- 150g Plain Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp Honey (adjust to taste)
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Start by preparing 2 fresh Zespri Green Kiwis. Using high-quality kiwis will significantly enhance the final flavor of your pudding.
Step 2
Peel the kiwis thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized pieces (about 1-2 cm). You can also choose to remove the seedy core if preferred.
Step 3
In a blender or food processor, combine the peeled and chopped kiwis, 150g of plain yogurt, and 2 tablespoons of honey. Blend until smooth. Adjust the amount of honey based on the sweetness of your kiwis and your personal preference; it’s best to start with less and add more to taste.

Add the 2 tablespoons of chia seeds to the smooth kiwi-yogurt mixture. Stir well with a spoon or whisk until evenly combined, ensuring there are no clumps of chia seeds.
Step 5
Pour the kiwi chia pudding mixture into attractive glasses or containers. For a beautiful presentation and added flavor, garnish with fresh kiwi slices or berries like strawberries and blueberries. For a thicker texture, chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell.
