  • 1 Lemon
  • 800g Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 100g Sugar
  • Salt

Let them sit for about 15-20 minutes to salt and pickle. This process helps draw out excess water, making the cucumbers crispier and the salad less watery.

Rinse the salted cucumbers gently under cold running water about twice to remove excess salt. Squeeze out as much water as possible by hand. Removing excess water is crucial to prevent the dressing from becoming too dilute.
