Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp heaping Yuzu Preserves
  • 0.5 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 200ml Sparkling Water

Scoop about 3 generous tablespoons of yuzu preserves into your serving cup. The yuzu preserves are the base for the ade’s sweetness and tanginess, so don’t be shy with the amount!

To enhance the bright, citrusy flavor, add a small amount of lemon juice. About 0.5 Tbsp is usually sufficient. Taste and adjust if you prefer a stronger citrus note, but be careful not to make it too sour.

Now, gently pour about 200ml of cold sparkling water over the yuzu preserves and lemon juice in the cup. Adding the sparkling water before any ice helps preserve its fizziness for longer.
