No year-end or New Year’s home party is complete without a feast of meat dishes! To perfectly complement them, we’ve created a vibrant salad featuring crisp lettuce and sweet fruits, all brought together with a smooth and tangy Greek yogurt dressing. While lettuce salads are often paired with chicken tenders and mustard sauce, this recipe offers a refreshing twist to cut through richness and invigorate your palate. It’s a delightful starter or side dish that awakens the appetite.
Salad Ingredients- 3-4 leaves fresh lettuce
- 1/2 crisp apple
- 1 sweet persimmon
- 20 seedless Shine Muscat grapes
- 1 tangerine or clementine
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 2 tablespoons mixed nuts
Greek Yogurt Dressing- 1 container plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Feel free to customize the fruits in this salad based on your preferences. However, we highly recommend including the crisp lettuce and sweet Shine Muscat grapes for the best texture and flavor!

First, wash the apple and persimmon, remove their cores, and dice them into bite-sized cubes. Wash the Shine Muscat grapes and cut them in half. Place the diced apple, persimmon, halved grapes, and fresh lettuce into a large bowl. Also, prepare your mixed nuts and the hard-boiled egg.

☆ Making the Delicious Salad Dressing: In a separate bowl, combine 1 container of plain Greek yogurt with 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk. Just by looking at these ingredients, you know this dressing is going to be amazing! Whisk everything together until smooth and set aside.

Now, all the components for your salad are ready: the crisp lettuce, the sweet fruits, and the flavorful dressing.
