Ingredients

  • Bean sprouts (appropriate amount)
  • Water (appropriate amount)
  • 2 sheets of Dashima (Kelp)
  • Scallion (a little)
  • Garlic (1 Tbsp)
  • Fish sauce (1 Tbsp)
  • Soup soy sauce (1 Tbsp)
  • Salt (to taste)

Cooking Instructions

Let’s prepare the ingredients! Have your bean sprouts, Dashima, and scallions ready.

Pour enough water into a pot to cover the ingredients and add 2 sheets of Dashima. Bring to a boil.
