Let’s Make a Versatile Dish with a Bag of Bean Sprouts!
Try adding fish sauce for a refreshingly delicious bean sprout soup.
Ingredients- Bean sprouts (appropriate amount)
- Water (appropriate amount)
- 2 sheets of Dashima (Kelp)
- Scallion (a little)
- Garlic (1 Tbsp)
- Fish sauce (1 Tbsp)
- Soup soy sauce (1 Tbsp)
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Let’s prepare the ingredients! Have your bean sprouts, Dashima, and scallions ready.
Step 2
Pour enough water into a pot to cover the ingredients and add 2 sheets of Dashima. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
Add the washed bean sprouts to the boiling water and cook them together.
Step 4
Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
Step 5
Add 1 tablespoon of soup soy sauce.
Step 6
Add 1 tablespoon of fish sauce. This adds a wonderful depth of flavor.
Step 7
Season with salt to your taste. Adjust as needed.
Step 8
Remove the Dashima sheets from the pot.
Step 9
Add the chopped scallions to finish the soup. If the flavor is still a bit bland, add a little more salt to adjust.
