  • Fresh Spring Chives 200g

Seasoning

  • 1.5 Tbsp Gochugaru (Korean chili powder)
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Plum Extract
  • 0.5 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Oligosaccharide
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 0.5 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all your ingredients. Wash the chives thoroughly under running water and drain them well. Wash the apple, preferably with baking soda or vinegar, to ensure it’s clean.
