  • 1 Korean chili pepper (Cheongyang pepper)

  • 1/2 Tbsp Fish sauce or Tuna extract
  • 1/2 Tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp Toasted sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

Wash the zucchini thoroughly. Trim off both ends, then cut it in half lengthwise. Slice it into about 0.5 cm (1/4 inch) thick pieces. Try to keep the thickness consistent for even cooking.

Peel the onion and slice it into thin strips. Remove the stem from the Korean chili pepper and slice it diagonally. If you prefer less heat, you can remove the seeds or use fewer chili peppers.
