Microwave Tuna Cheese Rice Recipe!
This is a recipe for microwave tuna cheese rice.
Ingredients- 200g cooked rice
- 1 Tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 Tbsp steak sauce
- 1/2 can tuna
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Place 200g of cooked rice in a large microwave-safe bowl. It’s best if the rice is warm to ensure easy mixing.
Step 2
Add 1 Tbsp of gochujang to the rice.
Step 3
Add 1 Tbsp of steak sauce or teriyaki sauce. This adds a savory and slightly sweet depth to the dish.
Step 4
Add 1/2 can of tuna. You can also include some of the tuna oil for extra richness. Mix everything together thoroughly with chopsticks or a spoon until the rice is evenly coated with the sauces and tuna.
Step 5
Arrange 2 slices of cheddar cheese on top of the mixed rice.
Step 6
Microwave for about 1 minute, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Your delicious tuna cheese rice is ready to enjoy!
