Main Ingredients- Pork belly 200g, cut into bite-sized pieces.
- 1 stalk of green onion, cut diagonally into thick slices, focusing on the white parts. (Key for aromatic scallion oil!)
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced.
- 1 egg, prepared as a sunny-side-up fried egg.
