Let’s cut the radish. You can slice the radish for this dish in various ways depending on your preference. Thinly julienning it, like in the photo, will make it cook faster and easier to eat.

The thickness of the julienned radish is important – not too thick and not too thin. Slicing it to a moderate thickness, as shown in the picture, will give it a pleasant texture and allow the flavors to meld beautifully.
