  • 30g cut dried seaweed (about a handful)

Seasoning

  • 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce (for soup)
  • 1/2 Tbsp plum extract (or sugar)
  • 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar

Cooking Instructions

Briefly soak the cut dried seaweed in cold water for just 5 minutes. It’s important not to soak it for too long, as it can become mushy. Once rehydrated, drain the seaweed thoroughly in a sieve and place it in a mixing bowl.
