Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, cut the pork neck into bite-sized pieces, about 2-3 cm cubes. Gently pat dry any excess moisture with a paper towel, then season generously with salt and pepper. Marinating the meat beforehand enhances its flavor.
Step 2
Slice the zucchini into half-moons or chunky squares. Cut the bell pepper into similar-sized pieces. Wash the potato thoroughly and cut it into large chunks. Slice the sausages diagonally or into 2-3 pieces. Cutting all ingredients into similar sizes ensures even cooking.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the prepared pork neck, zucchini, sausages, bell pepper, potato, and corn. Drizzle with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle with basil powder. Gently toss everything with your hands to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated with the seasoning. Mixing well is key for flavors to meld.
Step 4
Place all the mixed ingredients into the rotisserie cage of your multi-air oven and insert it into the oven. Depending on your oven model, set the temperature to around 180°C (350°F) and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the ingredients are golden brown and cooked through. You can turn them halfway through for more even browning.
Step 5
Once the meat is cooked and the vegetables are beautifully roasted, carefully remove the cage from the oven and arrange the BBQ on a serving platter. Enjoy it while it’s warm! For an enhanced taste, serve with your favorite BBQ sauce or steak sauce.
