  • 10g shrimp, peeled
  • 20g zucchini, peeled and deseeded
  • Rice (or rice flour)

Peel the zucchini, removing the skin as much as possible, and then finely mince it into bite-sized pieces. The skin can sometimes be a bit tough, so it’s best to remove it for smoother texture.

Boil the peeled shrimp in water until cooked through, then finely mince them. Reserve the shrimp-cooking water; it makes a flavorful broth for the baby food.

In a pot, combine the rinsed rice (or rice flour) with the reserved shrimp-cooking water (about 150-200ml, adjust for desired consistency). Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice is soft and cooked through, creating a porridge-like consistency. Once the rice is tender, add the minced zucchini and shrimp. Continue to cook for a few more minutes until all ingredients are well combined and softened. Serve when it reaches your desired thickness.
