Main Ingredients- 150g fresh spinach
- 2 strips thick-cut bacon
- 1 ripe tomato
- 2 bowls cooked rice

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces, about 1.5cm wide. Wash the tomato, remove the stem, and cut it into 8 wedges.
