Main Ingredients- Fresh Cabbage
- Duck Meat (130g)
- Minced Garlic (1 Tbsp)
- 1 Egg
- Warm Cooked Rice
- Sesame Seeds
Special Sauce- Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp)
- Oyster Sauce (0.5 Tbsp)
- Allulose (0.5 Tbsp) (Can be substituted with sugar or corn syrup)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, thoroughly wash and prepare the cabbage. Then, thinly slice it into shreds. Thinly sliced cabbage will blend better with the duck and offer a more tender texture.

Heat a frying pan and cook the duck meat until golden brown and slightly crispy. Don’t discard the rendered duck fat; it adds wonderful flavor to the dish. Once cooked, remove the duck and cut it into bite-sized pieces, setting it aside.

In a small bowl, combine 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 0.5 Tbsp oyster sauce, and 0.5 Tbsp allulose. Whisk together to create a flavorful special sauce. You can adjust the sweetness by increasing or decreasing the amount of allulose to your preference.

Using the same pan with the duck fat, add 1 Tbsp of minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Next, add the thinly sliced cabbage and stir-fry until it wilts and becomes tender.
