  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce (approx. 15ml)
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar (approx. 15g)
  • 2 Tbsp Ketchup (approx. 30ml)
  • 1 Tbsp Butter (approx. 15g)
  • 1/3 cup Water (approx. 60ml)

Carrot Juice Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 1/2 Carrot (approx. 50g)
  • 1/2 Apple (approx. 100g)
  • 100ml Water

Begin by preparing the vegetables for the carrot tofu steak. Wash the carrot and onion, peel them, and then finely mince them using the multi-chopper attachment. Finely mincing ensures the ingredients blend evenly into the steak mixture for a smooth texture.
