Main Ingredients- 60g ground beef (lean cut recommended)
- 30g rolled oats
- 30ml water

1. First, prepare the oatmeal. In a bowl, combine 30g of rolled oats with 30ml of water and mix well. Microwave for about 30 seconds until the oatmeal softens and becomes pliable. (Adjust the time based on your microwave’s power.)

2. Now, let’s make the mixture. Add 60g of ground beef to the softened oatmeal from the microwave. Knead the mixture with your hands until it becomes cohesive and well combined. Thorough mixing will ensure the balls hold their shape and have a pleasant texture.

3. Once the mixture is ready, shape it into bite-sized pieces suitable for children. You can form them into small balls or create stick shapes that are easy for little hands to hold. Feel free to get creative with the shapes based on your child’s age and preferences.

4. Place the shaped beef and oatmeal balls into an air fryer and cook at 150°C (300°F) for 10 to 15 minutes. (I cooked mine for 15 minutes, but I think 10 minutes would also be sufficient. The balls should be lightly golden brown on the outside and tender on the inside.) Adjust the cooking time to achieve your desired texture.
