Ingredients
  • 100g fresh cabbage
  • 1/3 carrot
  • 1/4 onion
  • 150g firm tofu
  • 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, wash the fresh cabbage thoroughly. Then, finely julienne it into thin strands. Ensure you drain the julienned cabbage completely; this step is crucial for maintaining its crisp texture and preventing the salad from becoming watery.
