Ingredients- 1 large lettuce leaf
- 1 cherry tomato or medium tomato
- 2 thin slices of red onion
- 2 servings of commercially available yogurt (plain or your favorite flavor)
- 2 slices of processed cheese
- 2 walnuts
- 2 almonds
- 10 Tbsp oatmeal
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 green tea teabag
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the vegetables and fruits. Wash the lettuce thoroughly, pat it dry, and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Wash the tomato and cut it in half. Thinly slice the red onion. (The instruction about washing and steaming potatoes seems to be from a different recipe and is omitted here.)
