Toast Ingredients- 5 slices of bread
- 1/4 carrot (approx. 20g)
- 1/5 king oyster mushroom (approx. 15g)
- 1/6 onion (approx. 20g)
- 3 eggs
- 1 slice of cheese
- A little green onion (chopped)
Seasoning- A pinch of bamboo salt (or salt)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the vegetables. Wash and peel the carrot, onion, and king oyster mushroom, then finely chop them. Finely chopping the vegetables helps them blend well with the bread and cook easily.

Crack 3 eggs into a bowl. Add a very small pinch of bamboo salt (or regular salt). Whisk the eggs gently with a fork until smooth. Be careful not to add too much salt, as the cheese will also add some saltiness.

Now, prepare the bread slices that will form the base of your toast. Standard thickness bread works best. Prepare 5 slices.

If you have frozen green onions, chop them finely with scissors. Fresh green onions can also be used. These will add a fragrant aroma to your toast.
