The order of steps for sausage and vegetable stir-fry isn’t strictly important! It’s delicious no matter what, as long as you toss everything in and stir-fry. Now, let’s make the delicious sauce! Take a heaping tablespoon of gochujang, about three spoonfuls of ketchup that fill the spoon slightly, and a generous half-spoon of minced garlic for extra flavor. Mix these together well to create your perfect sauce!

Slice the onions into bite-sized pieces. When cooked, onions release a pleasant sweetness that pairs wonderfully with the savory flavor of sausages. While I’m only using onions today, I often add king oyster mushrooms too. If you have a pack, tear them into pieces and stir-fry them along with the other ingredients for an even more satisfying meal!

Time to get cooking! Drizzle some cooking oil into the pan and heat it over medium heat. It’s important to heat the pan properly so your ingredients don’t stick and cook evenly.

However, if you’re limiting your sodium intake, it’s perfectly fine to skip it. Honestly, if you’re that concerned about sodium, perhaps a different dish might be a better choice. But for this recipe, it’s a great addition!
