- 2 Tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk (adjust to taste)
Milkyis- 100ml Milk
- 200ml Cider (or Sprite)
- 100ml Yogurt (plain, sweetened or unsweetened)
- 100ml Milk
- 200ml Cider (or Sprite)
- 100ml Yogurt (plain, sweetened or unsweetened)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
[Making Triangle Coffee Milk] First, pour hot water into a cup or small pot and steep the barley tea bag for about 5 minutes to create a strong infusion. The comforting aroma of barley tea will substitute for coffee’s flavor.
Step 2
Remove the barley tea bag from the infused water. Pour 300ml of cold milk into your prepared cup. Then, add the strongly brewed barley tea to your liking. (It’s recommended to start with about 30-40ml and adjust based on your taste preference.)
Step 3
Add 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk for sweetness and gently stir with a spoon or whisk until well combined with the milk. You can adjust the amount of condensed milk according to your preferred sweetness level.
Step 4
[Making Milkyis] Ready to make a refreshing Milkyis? Start by pouring 200ml of cold cider into a wide glass. The carbonation from the cider will make the drink extra cool and invigorating.
Step 5
Slowly pour 100ml of plain yogurt over the cider. Pouring it gently along the side of the glass, rather than all at once, will create pretty layers.
Step 6
Finally, carefully add 100ml of cold milk and gently stir to combine. Be careful not to stir too vigorously, as this can cause the carbonation to dissipate. Now, it’s time to enjoy the nostalgic, cool taste of Milkyis!
